Many people place an order and get worried that their shipment does not arrive at their doorstep within a short number of days. As a result, we feel that we need to explain how Midon Design order processing works. We have 2 locations; one in California and one in Georgia. When one location is out of stock, the other one can usually fill an order. Sometimes, we run out of stock in both locations before we can update our stock status on the web page. When that happens, you will experience a further delay as we re-stock. We will notify you when your product ships, or if a major delay will occur, however.
There is a form for checking order status below. This form will email you with the status of your order.
Please do not ask us to locate your shipment if is being shipped internationally. We cannot - the US post office does not provide that facility. International shipments are also at the whim of the local custom's officials.
Orders shipped within the US can be tracked via the www.usps.com web page. Use the tracking number from your original order confirmation to determine where your order might be. Non-USA customers please note that what appears to be a tracking number for your order is actually a non-traceable customs declaration form number. The USPS (United States Postal Service) does not provide tracking internationally.
Please note that if you do not receive an order confirmation from Midon Design within 1 hour of placing an order (see note above), contact us at the email address below. Also, ensure that you provide PayPal with a valid email address - this is where your confirmation will be sent.
To determine your order status, enter the requested fields in the form below. Your shipment status will be e-mailed to the address provided (see note above).
Please note that we cannot always predict ship dates. Keep checking back if your shipment shows as "not yet shipped".
