The prices shown do not include a shipping charge. US and Canada orders under $400.00 will have a $8.00 shipping charge added at checkout time. US and Canada orders totaling $400 or more will have a $25.00 shipping charge added. Total shipping charge for all other countries is USD16.00 for orders under $400.00 and USD33.00 for orders totaling $400 or more.
